SMS Terms

The terms that apply when you consent to receive calls and SMS messages from Advostream.

Last updated: September 16, 2026

02Types of Messages You May Receive

Messages may include, but are not limited to:

  • Responses to your inquiry and information about our services.
  • Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders.
  • Follow-up questions to qualify your request.
  • Re-engagement messages if a conversation goes quiet.

03Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on your interactions and the status of your inquiry or appointment. You will not receive more messages than are reasonably necessary to respond to your request and keep you informed.

04Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier for receiving SMS messages.

05How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:

  • Reply STOP to any message you receive from us.
  • Reply HELP for help or support information.
  • Contact us through the details provided on our website.

After you opt out, you may still receive a final confirmation message. Opting out of SMS does not opt you out of email or other communications, which you can manage separately.

06Carrier Disclosure

Advostream participates in messaging programs delivered through U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on your carrier, device, and service area.

07Eligibility and Accuracy

You must be at least 18 years old to consent to receive messages. You are responsible for ensuring the phone number you submit is correct and belongs to you, or that you have permission to share it. If your number changes, please notify us so we can update our records.

08Privacy

Information collected through SMS is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.

09Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued consent after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
